What We Do

Monthly Program

Foster Care & Adoption Information Sessions

We provide information and support to anyone interested in fostering or adopting — for anyone who has considered caring for vulnerable children and families, or growing their own family, but isn't sure where to begin.

This session is hosted by Foster & Adoption Chaplains Jen and Ken Kinnamon. Over the past 14 years, they have fostered in three states, adopted through foster care, experienced a failed private adoption, and navigated many challenges as they sought to grow their family.

A family will share their personal story, then we'll walk through the different paths available — foster care, adoption through foster care, and private adoption — along with practical resources and financial guidance, regardless of the state in which you reside.
